How do I place an order?

Ordering online at www.polkadotwhat.com is simple, easy and fun.

Step 1: Choose the preferred collection and size.

Step 2: Choose your favorite shape/color for the 1st leg and 2nd leg.

Step 3: Your leggings are created!

Step 4: Click “Add to Cart.” Your leggings will automatically be placed in the “CART” and ready for check out.

If you want more leggings, go back to the CREATE zone and continue the same steps as above. If you purchase two or more leggings, you will receive a mini Polkadot What backpack and help the The Lunchbox Fund feed more school children in South Africa.

Step 5: Once you are finished shopping, confirm what you are ordering and then click “Check out now.” You will then be directed to billing, shipping and payment.

What size is the right size?

Our Polkadot What size chart is listed out by size, height, seat and waist measurements as well as weight, so you can best determine the appropriate leggings size and fit for you or your child.

Are all leggings on the website in stock?

All of our current collection of leggings are displayed on the website. If any leggings are out of stock, the size will not appear in the drop down menu.  

If you are interested in purchasing a legging, you can contact us to be put on our waitlist...or we might have a special pair just for you.

How do I pay for my order?

We currently only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Pay pal.

Is my credit card secure?

The security of all of our customer’s personal identifiable information is of utmost concern and importance to us. We take great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers.

Polkadot What is a Trustwave certified site, compliant with PCI Security Standards (Payment Card Industry), which keeps all customers’ sensitive payment information secure.

To maintain secure protection of your personal information we do not accept orders via email and encourage orders to be made online. This way, information is being processed and kept by a safe third party and you can fully enjoy the interactive shopping experience being the designer.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your debit or credit card will be pre-authorized at the time your order is submitted. The funds will be held by your bank, which may affect your account balance. Your debit or credit card will be charged at the time the order ships. Polkadot What is not responsible for overdraft fees.

What are the shipping charges and delivery times?

We will do our best to ensure you receive your leggings as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped the following business day after purchase.

FREE standard shipping: If you order two or more leggings. *US only.

Standard shipping: $10, 3 - 5 business days

Express shipping: $17, 2 business day

Priority International shipping: $24 - $40 (depending on your country), 6 – 10 business days

Express International shipping: $32 - $46 (depending on your country), 3 – 5 business days

Polkadot What uses USPS for all deliveries nationally and internationally. We currently ship to the following countries: USA, Canada, Mexico, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Australia and South Africa.

If you live in New York City, you have the option of an IN-STORE pickup and shipping will be free. The pickup address is:

Can I return and exchange the leggings I ordered?

Yes, of course! Within 15 days of receiving your leggings, you may return the item/s for a full refund as long as they are unused, unwashed and with labels and packaging intact.

To receive a refund:

1. Complete the Return Mail form on the Customer receipt provided in your package and note your reason for returning. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.

3. Keep the top half Customer receipt for your records and include the bottom half Return Mail form in the package along with the unused, unwashed product with labels in tact.

4. Pack all these items in a box and use the provided pre-paid return label.

5. An email notification of the receipt of your items will be sent to you as well as a refund. **Please note, if you use of the provided pre-paid return label, the package will take about two weeks for the Polkadot What team to receive. If it has been longer than two weeks, please feel free to contact us at: orders@polkadotwhat.com and we will look into the situation.

The return value is the price you paid for the item/s only. You will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Your credit card account will automatically be credited.

We do not exchange merchandise. If you want to exchange your product, please return it and make a new order.

International orders are responsible for return shipping charges when sending merchandise back to Polkadot What.

How should I wash my leggings?

All leggings can be machine-washed cold, inside out and placed in low-heat tumble dryer.

However, for best results, we recommend that you hand wash your leggings inside out with cold water and then hang them to dry. This will maintain better elasticity in the stretch quality of the fabric and provide you with long lasting leggings.
